Job summary

Zendr is seeking a Product Quality Owner to own risk, validation and release readiness for its next-gen B2B freight platform. You will define how validation is applied, which risks to test, and defend each release with evidence rather than gut feel, working with product and engineering in a fast-paced environment.

This strategic, hands-on role emphasizes risk thinking, exploratory testing, and collaboration to ensure quality with feature flags and automation support.

Qualifications

• You come up through testing and have moved into analytical, risk-based quality work.
• You can justify testing effort and defend decisions; you own the testing agenda.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product's risk model and where validation effort goes.
• Define release readiness criteria and back it with evidence.
• Drive bug refinement and keep backlog aligned with customer impact.
• Validate features shipped behind feature flags before they reach customers.
• Run exploratory testing and regression on critical flows in a logistics product.
• Promote risk thinking in product discovery, criteria, and definition of done.
