Job summary

Zendr is seeking a Product Quality Owner to define what to validate, in what order, and why as we roll out a next‑gen B2B freight platform. You will defend the risk model of our product and ensure every release is backed by evidence rather than gut feel.

This is a strategy‑and‑ownership role with hands‑on validation at its core. You will work with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering in a fast‑moving environment, influencing testing strategy and shaping release readiness while

Qualifications

• You came up through testing and moved into analytical, risk-based quality work.
• You can justify testing effort and defend release decisions.
• You own decisions, set your testing agenda, and bring structure to ambiguity.
• You communicate risk clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have hands-on experience with exploratory and regression testing of complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product's risk model and decide where validation effort goes.
• Own release readiness with documented evidence for each ship-or-hold decision.
• Drive bug refinement and prioritize backlog by customer and business impact
• Validate features shipped behind feature flags before rollout to customers
• Run exploratory testing and regression testing on critical flows such as integrations and rates
• Drive the regression automation you need through the development teams
• Bring risk thinking into product discovery, acceptance criteria and definition of done
