Job summary

Elekta AB is looking for a Release Project Manager in Stockholm to coordinate and manage release activities across a complex environment. This role involves maintaining a release roadmap and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess strong project management skills in regulated industries, ideally within medical devices. Benefits include 30 days of annual leave and a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or cross-functional coordination within complex R&D environments.
• Experience working in a regulated industry (medical devices preferred).
• Proven ability to drive alignment and support decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate a release roadmap, including scope, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Track and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, escalating risks or issues when needed.
• Prepare structured updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.
