Job summary

Swedium Global Services AB is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for Switches in Gothenburg. You will lead SW development, coordinating with suppliers and in-house teams to deliver HAL and application software, define component requirements, and ensure conformance to time plans.

The role requires hands-on C/C++ experience, knowledge of cyber security (TARA), and functional safety (ISO 26262). You will collaborate with multiple interfaces and drive design and diagnostics across the SW chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or computer science or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in automotive SW development and integration.
• Strong knowledge of SW requirements management and traceability.
• Familiarity with cyber security and functional safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SW development across suppliers and in-house teams.
• Break down component requirements from stakeholder needs and craft SW requirements specs.
• Coordinate with project leaders, SW testing, and suppliers to meet time plans and specs.
