Job summary

Saab in Sweden seeks a Regional Security Manager for the Middle East. This senior, independent role requires credible advisory skills and ownership of security across multiple countries in the region, coordinating activities with local stakeholders and security functions.

The position is an expatriate assignment based in Abu Dhabi for 3–5 years, with regular travel within the Middle East and close collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in security risk management or equivalent.
• Multiple years of experience in protective security, preferably international.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; foreign languages are a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi for 3–5 years.
