Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB seeks a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales for utility-scale power conversion solutions across the defined region. Build key customer relationships, identify new business, and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.

You will collaborate with engineering, product management and legal to ensure successful project execution, while traveling regularly to meet with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in power conversion or renewable energy.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for utility-scale power conversion solutions.
  • Identify, qualify and develop new business with utilities, IPPs, developers and EPCs.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
