Regional Culture & Capabilities Specialist North

Are you passionate about enabling change, supporting leaders, and creating impactful learning experiences? We’re looking for a hands-on, communicative individual who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working close to the business.

As our Regional Culture & Capabilities Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting transformation across Northern Europe. You’ll help bring strategies to life through engaging communication, practical training, and coaching – all while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Overview

About the role

Your work will focus on:

  • Support and deliver change initiatives aligned with our Fit For Growth priorities.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions that build capability and engagement.
  • Coach managers and teams through change, helping them navigate and adapt.
  • Create clear, compelling communication that inspires and informs.
  • Build and support a network of change agents across the region.
  • Measure impact and continuously improve based on feedback and data.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and relevance.

You’ll be based in Åstorp, Skåne, with a hybrid work model and regional scope.
