Your Role:

1. Evaluate the current legacy application, identifying opportunities for enhancement or automation.
2. Facilitate and lead workshops with local country teams, guiding discussions on Recruitment & Sourcing topics.
3. Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, including both functional and non-functional aspects for technical services in the recruitment field.
4. Participate actively in solution design, conducting local design sessions to present the proposed solutions to stakeholders.
5. Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and ensure a clear understanding of business requirements.
