Help us grow, one hire at a time. AirForestry is growing and you’ll be our second People Operations team member. You’ll work closely with the Head of People Operations to shape how we approach recruitment and have freedom to influence our processes. We’re doing something amazing by taking forestry above the treetops with lightweight, high-capacity electric drones, transforming forest management to capture more carbon, boost biodiversity, and accelerate regeneration. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team that values quality, problem solving and openness.

As our Recruiter, you’ll be the go-to person for all things recruitment with a focus on tech. From understanding team needs and shaping role profiles to sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, you’ll be involved in every step of the process. You’ll also play a major role in onboarding new colleagues.

Because we’re growing quickly, the pace can be high and priorities can shift. We’re looking for someone who can balance structure with flexibility, is hands-on yet strategic, and can be the warm, professional first impression candidates meet.
