The Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be the key link between top IT talent and our clients’ hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting top IT candidates and serving as their main point of contact throughout the entire hiring cycle
  • Building and maintaining relationships with consultants to match them with the best opportunities
  • Evaluating candidate experience and career goals through a structured screening process
