Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Radio Software DevEnv Developer to own and evolve the CI/CD environment for 5G/6G radio software. You will design, implement, and maintain automation, tooling, and dashboards that speed builds, tests, and delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

You will mentor developers, drive improvements in development processes, and work across teams to deliver reliable production systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software development and CI/CD environments.
2+ years of experience building or supporting C/C++ applications in distributed environments.
Experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker or similar automation/orchestration tools.
Strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting; knowledge of at least one other language such as C++ or Java.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure, frameworks, and tools for Ericsson's radio products.
Investigate and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures to ensure reliable software delivery.
Develop dashboards and automated reports for visibility into build, test, and delivery processes.
Support and guide developers on CI/CD practices and workflows, and maintain related documentation.
Drive continuous improvements in development processes, automation, and productivity.
