Job summary

Quest Global in Sweden is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate R&D projects in a complex engineering environment. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with technical objectives, while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will develop plans, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement, with strong communication and stakeholder management. On-site work in Finspång area is required, and fluency in English and Swedish is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or other leadership roles within a technical or engineering environment.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work primarily on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including goals, resource allocation, timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project changes and evaluate their impact on timeline, scope, and resources.
• Provide regular project status updates and escape critical issues when necessary.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, develop, and support team members to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with program managers and related project teams to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of effort.
• Ensure project deliverables support the intended business and technical outcomes.
• Contribute to the adoption and continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices
