Job summary

WeQuel is seeking a Project Manager with experience in R&D and engineering environments within complex product development organizations. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to technical systems, product platforms and lifecycle activities.

The role involves collaboration across engineering, production, supply chain, purchasing and aftermarket to ensure structured execution and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Has solid experience as a Project Manager in R&D or product development.
• Has worked in complex technical or engineering environments.
• Is experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Communicates clearly and works in a structured and analytical way.
• Speaks fluent English (Swedish is a plus).
