Job description

Your mission

In this role you will maintain and develop 24 V electrical systems on underground drill rigs. Daily tasks include designing and performing analysis, simulation, cable harness creation, and component selection. You will develop, implement and adapt electrical systems in terms of hardware, system architecture and functionality to meet performance, availability, and safety requirements.

You will work on new development projects, product maintenance, base development, and customer orders, collaborating closely with service, purchasing, marketing, customers and suppliers worldwide.

Your profile
  • University degree in electronics or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical and/or control systems or other highly qualified engineering backgrounds.
  • Experience in electronic hardware design is meritorious.
  • Good learner, self‑propelled, responsible, capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Structured and analytical approach, comfortable with theory and practice, detail oriented.
  • Experience bringing concepts to serial production.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills. Fluent in English (verbal & written); knowledge of Swedish is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with PLM systems, CAD systems, and vehicle electrics of mobile machinery is meritorious.
