Ericsson in Linköping is seeking an R&D Communications & Engagement Coordinator to plan events, coordinate meetings and create engaging content for a diverse audience. You will support administrative tasks and help bring the Linköping site to life through seminars and collaborations.

The role involves coordinating newsletters and updates, maintaining SharePoint materials, and working with universities, students and external partners. Strong English skills are required; Swedish is a plus.

• Prepare newsletters, R&D updates and event communication.
• Maintain SharePoint pages and communication material.
• Collaborate with internal communication, branding and other Ericsson functions.

• Manage event logistics including venues, catering and registrations.
• Welcome and support speakers, guests and participants.
• Represent Ericsson in activities with external partners and universities.
• Support student engagement and UniTeam coordination.
• Prepare newsletters and updates for internal audiences.
• Share R&D milestones and event highlights through channels.
