Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts including FIDIC and NEC.
• Fluency in English and preferably Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
• Manage procurement processes and evaluate bids.
