Job summary

Axis Communications invites a dedicated Quality Technician to join the CLC1 team in Lund. You will secure quality routines, document processes, and act as the main link between SCQ and CLC1 to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes structured work, strong collaboration, and proactive problem solving. You will contribute to maintaining ISO 14001 compliance and support a culture of quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management, process development or similar roles.
• Strong administrative skills and experience with documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work instructions and process documentation are up to date at CLC1.
• Structure, develop and maintain onboarding and buddy program materials.
• Act as SPOC between CLC1 and Supply Chain Quality (SCQ).
• Administer and follow up on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Follow up on quality deviations, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvements in quality, processes, and ways of working.
• Monitor ISO 14001 compliance within the organization.
