Job summary

Aurora Engineering AB seeks an experienced Solution Quality Lead to drive and secure quality-related processes, governance, and ways of working within a connected software development organization. You will lead quality initiatives, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure delivery excellence.

You will support risk analyses, FMEA activities, and the deployment of standardized processes to improve software delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-house product development.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA processes.
• Experience ensuring quality of both internally developed and supplier-delivered software.
• Experience working in large-scale development programs with software, hardware and mechatronics.
• Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities across organizational levels.
• Clear presenter and facilitator with strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based solutions, telematics, mobile apps and embedded software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality-related initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate Operational Excellence meetings and monitor quality KPIs.
• Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders to align on quality objectives.
• Support risk assessments, FMEA activities, and quality engineering methods.
• Promote standardized ways of working and deployment of best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide quality governance support for both internal and supplier-delivered software.
• Identify opportunities and implement effective quality processes.
• Present quality status, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
