QUALITY OFFICER FOR A DATA CENTER IN STOCKHOLM

On behalf of Digital Realty, Kelly is searching for a Quality Officer. The increasing demand for IT infrastructure is clear, the Stockholm campus and data centers are strategically located to meet the need for business-critical IT infrastructure. Digital Realty is a leading provider of data center services across EMEA.

The role as the Quality Officer is to leverage quality standards in order to adhere to Digital Realty policies and regulations, ensure compliance to internal and external quality and information security requirements, support optimal data security and support our H&S work and Environmental & Sustainability work. This including all related compliances, certifications and audits and related HQ policies to the local team. Represent Digital Realty Nordic towards customers, auditors etc. Contributes to the achievement of the Quality goals and objectives of the Nordic Operation.

YOUR PRIMARY WORK TASKS

  • Host/participate in (external) audits required by customers and as set by local R&R to verify actual compliance
  • Maintain and uphold Quality Assurance procedures
  • Provides input into request for proposal on Quality & Information Security issues
  • Monitor alignment with internal Quality and Information Security standards and recommend corrective action if necessary
  • Develops and maintain Quality and Information Security policies and procedures.
  • Respond to contingent events
  • Monitor the development of crisis resolution plans for Quality & Information Security related issues
  • Assist Operation with Business Continuity tests and documentation
  • Coaching / instructing / motivating staff to work according to agreed guidelines and procedures
  • Register and report operational incidents
  • Ensure lessons learned is noted, follow up is performed and documented
  • Ensure training and drills are performed and implemented by assisting operational teams

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good knowledge of relevant standards and certifications i.e.: ISO 27001, ISO22301, SOC2, PCI, GDPR
  • Process knowledge of quality and/or audit processes and practices
  • Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO50001, ISO45001 & ISO 9001
  • Skills in developing and maintaining quality documentation
  • Educated to a bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
  • Proven experience as Quality / Compliance Officer or similar skillset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with quality and certification work
  • Experience working within a security environment, hosting quality and process audits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in English and Swedish
  • IT literacy; very good understanding of Microsoft Office

  • A Clean criminal record
  • A Police intelligence approval (as of 1st. of May 2024 Not required)
