Quality Manager

Aimpoint is a rapidly growing company with an exciting future where top quality and environmental sustainability are high on our agenda.

We are now looking for a Quality Manager for a thrilling, challenging, and cross-functional role that ensures both professional growth and development. Your customers are within the defense sector and in our business segment FCS. The role is technically broad, where strategy and operational efforts are blended with theory and administration.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Defining and leading quality work with responsibility for our regulations, specifications, and product quality in relation to our customers and consumers.

Driving, developing, ensuring, and following up on our quality work to increase customer satisfaction, strengthen our brand, and enhance the company's results.

Overall responsibility for developing strategies, establishing, and maintaining processes, frameworks, and compliance to uphold the high standards of product quality.

  • Define and lead quality work with responsibility for our regulations, specifications, and product quality in relation to our customers and consumers.
  • Drive, develop, ensure and follow up our quality work with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction, strengthening our brand and developing the company's results.
  • Identifying and following up on action plans for identified risks.
  • Requesting, analyzing, and following up on quality corrective actions from suppliers.
  • Developing and monitoring quality goals and KPIs.
  • Responsibility for Service & Warranty.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Relevant experience in similar areas, such as quality management or process development in an international industrial company.

Your Background:

Relevant higher education, university, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
  • At least five years of work experience in comprehensive quality work.
  • Extensive experience in audits and product quality.
  • At least two years of experience leading personnel.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.

Other qualities we value include the ability to work both independently and in teams, initiative, and commitment. The ability to work creatively, analytically, and structurally in a problem-solving environment is considered essential for the role. Six Sigma, FMEA, electrical engineering, programming (C#, Python, SQL, C, C++) are considered advantageous and will enhance your profile.
