The Opportunity
HVDC is looking for a Quality & HSE Lead Auditor to join our global team, offering numerous opportunities. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the HVDC internal Audit team, which is responsible for fostering a culture of safety and Quality excellence across the entire value chain of the organization.

As our Quality & HSE lead Auditor, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting of HVDC internal audit program. With a focus on Quality and HSE standards such as ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 and local legislation, you will identify risks and controls, provide recommendations for improvement, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders in order to maintain and improve the HVDC integrated management system.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Develop and maintain the HVDC internal audit program.
  • Planning, executing, and reporting of internal audits, with focus on ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and local legislation.
  • To manage and maintain the HVDC Integrated Management System and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Perform and execute the audit plan that covers internal ISO audits including Process, Project audits and other assessments as well supporting external audits.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in planning, conducting and follow-up of project/site/customer audits and assessments.
  • Analyse the audit result on an overall level to see patterns, root causes, risks and trends within the organization.
  • Identify risks, recommendations and communicate to management and stakeholders.
Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical.
  • You are a certified internal auditor with extensive experience in planning and performing HSE and Quality audits.
  • Proven experience in integrated management systems, including in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Experience in an international business environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in auditing, implementing, developing, and maintaining effective Integrated Management Systems (IMS) that enhance organizational efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • You are a team coordinator who facilitates and builds on the ideas of others, share information and expertise, and works towards common goals.
  • Proficient in English with Excellent communication skill to interact with personals at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Proactive, Self-Motivated and have ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a readiness to take a new initiative.
