We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC & CAD Specialist with strong architectural and technical documentation experience to support quality management, design coordination, and documentation control in multidisciplinary construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate has a solid background in architecture, CAD/BIM modeling, and ISO-based quality systems, with a proven ability to manage technical drawings, perform design reviews, and ensure compliance with project and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee QA/QC processes throughout design and construction phases to ensure all deliverables meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality assurance documentation, including QA/QC plans, inspection records, and compliance checklists.
- Coordinate the preparation, revision, and control of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and 3D BIM models in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Support design and interface coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Conduct drawing and document reviews for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with specifications and design intent.
- Manage document control systems (e.g., Aconex, CxAlloy, MRI) to ensure traceability of drawings, approvals, and revisions.
- Collaborate closely with design teams, contractors, and project management to maintain alignment on design changes and quality standards.
- Provide technical input for material submittals, BoQs, and project documentation during tendering and execution phases.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement of QA/QC procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, CAD/BIM coordination, or quality control within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Visio, and QA/QC documentation platforms such as Aconex, CxAlloy, or MRI.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and technical documentation standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities across disciplines and project phases.
- Experience working in international and multicultural project environments is highly desirable.
