Job summary

MSAB is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure software quality across our portfolio and to contribute to world-class digital forensic solutions used by law enforcement and investigations worldwide.

You will work closely with developers, product management and stakeholders in our R&D organization, driving testing efforts, exploring features, and expanding automation while upholding high standards of quality and reliability.

• Experience planning and executing manual system and regression tests.

Responsibilities

MSAB is now looking for a QA Engineer who are passionate about ensuring that software performs flawlessly when it matters most. The job

As a QA Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest possible quality across our software portfolio. Your work will be performed in close collaboration with developers, product management and stakeholders throughout our R&D organization. You will directly contribute to solutions trusted by law enforcement agencies, government organizations and investigative professionals around the world.

In This Position Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Understanding product requirements and defining test objectives
• Validate new features via exploration, manual and automated testing
• Planning and executing manual system and regression tests in scenarios where automation is inapplicable
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using Jira
• Collaborating with developers to ensure that testing is part of the end-to-end development process
• Helping to validate and troubleshoot complex support cases
• To cooperate with developers and have technical discussions

We want to hear you tell us about your experience of improving test strategies, identifying software defects with your keen eye for details as well as driving test automation initiatives and advocating for best practices in quality assurance.

Technologies you have worked with are AI tools, CI/CD, python, C#, C++, cloud solutions such as AWS and are familiar with iOS and Android preferably.
