Job summary

MSAB is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure software quality across our portfolio and to contribute to world-class digital forensic solutions used by law enforcement and investigations worldwide.

You will work closely with developers, product management and stakeholders in our R&D organization, driving testing efforts, exploring features, and expanding automation while upholding high standards of quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience defining test objectives from product requirements.
• Ability to validate features via manual and automated testing.
• Experience planning and executing manual system and regression tests.

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and define test objectives.
• Validate new features via exploration, manual and automated testing.
• Plan and execute manual system and regression tests where automation is not applicable.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure testing is part of end-to-end development.
• Help validate and troubleshoot complex support cases.
• Engage with developers in technical discussions.
