Job summary

Mercell is looking for ambitious Customer Success Managers to join our Buy Side team, focusing on supporting public sector customers like universities and municipalities. This is a talent pool for ongoing hiring across several markets.

As part of your role, you'll build strong relationships, manage customer accounts, and drive product adoption, ensuring meaningful partnerships that deliver real value. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong experience (ideally 3+ years) in customer success or account management.
• Experience working with public sector customers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buy side customers.
• Drive product adoption, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for seamless customer experience.
