Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, implementation, or technical project roles.
• Proven track record managing complex customer implementation projects.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software integrations, APIs and configurations.
• High ownership and accountability with timelines and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects from start to go-live.
• Manage plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Coordinate integrations with CAD systems, mapping services, and third-party systems
• Drive adoption and monitor customer health post go-live.
• Identify churn risk and expansion opportunities with sales.
