Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in project management, operations, marketing, or agency work.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping track of moving parts.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in coordinating ongoing client projects.
• Help track timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows.
• Assist with meeting notes, follow-ups, and task coordination.
• Support communication between strategy, creative, production, and performance teams.
