Duration: Full time, 12 months with possibility to extend

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the overall Project Assurance Plan for a multi-billion infrastructure program.
  • Lead assurance reviews across multiple contractors, OEMs, and EPCMs, including defining terms of reference, setting scope, and managing review schedules.
  • Actively participate in partner-led audits and assurance events as an independent reviewer.
  • Produce assurance reports and lead the follow-up process, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and verified to closure.
  • Work closely with HSE, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Project Controls to maintain cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insight to senior management on risks, gaps, and compliance status.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • At least 3 years directly focused on project assurance, audits, or governance in a client/owner or EPCM environment.
  • Solid understanding of project execution lifecycle across all functions (HSE, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Commissioning).
  • Strong track record of leading audits or assurance events in high-value, high-risk project settings.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and contractors across disciplines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical capability, and written reporting skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to handle complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • High level of proactivity and resilience in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
  • Background in energy, heavy industry, mining, or large-scale infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with EPCM/OEM operating models and governance structures.
