Job description

Role: Project Manager

Seniority Level: Senior

Key Responsibilities

  • Define a long-term vision for Länsförsäkringar’s approach to Open Finance in alignment with the 2033 market plan and federation-wide goals
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between local and central interests related to FiDA
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal and Compliance functions
  • Define roles and responsibilities within the federation to support FiDA implementation
  • Work with Data & AI teams to analyze data flows and infrastructure impacted by FiDA
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities (Use Cases) enabled by FiDA, including improved customer services, product development, and ecosystem expansion
  • Evaluate each Use Case based on customer and business value, complexity, cost, and regulatory fit
  • Develop and implement a communication and change management plan to support organizational engagement and training needs related to FiDA
  • Identify and mitigate risks including regulatory, operational, and technical aspects
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional workgroups involving Legal, IT, Business Units, and Local Companies
