Job summary

Menigo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across Europe, focusing on Infrastructure delivery. You will manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business objectives.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the Stockholm, Sweden office, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership across Agile and Waterfall teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology projects across large, multi-market environments.

Job description

We're looking for an experiencedProject Managerto lead the successful delivery of technology initiatives that support our Infrastructure functions across Europe. Working within a matrix organisation, you'll manage projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

This role is offering hybrid working with3 days per week in the Stokholm, Sweden office,and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, translating business requirements into clear technology solutions and leading cross-functional teams through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. A key part of the role will be managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives, while coordinating multiple internal teams and third-party system integrators across different markets.

We're looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, who can confidently manage project scope, risks, budgets, resources, and timelines. You'll have a strong understanding of project governance standards, ensuring adherence to delivery methodologies, change control processes, and effective risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
