• Lead with Purpose: Act as a Scrum Master and Change Leader, guiding teams through Agile and SAFe principles.
• Drive Improvement: Challenge and improve organizational ways of working.

Essential for the role

• Proven experience (5–10 years) in project leadership, Scrum, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and WBS methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and PDM systems.
• Structured, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement.
• Understanding of the Building Automation industry.
• Long-term mindset committed to sustainable success.
• Willing to relocate to Lund, Sweden.
• Background in HW/SW system development in similar sectors.
• Ability to elevate Agile PI-planning practices.
