You will lead multidisciplinary teams of 10–15 members, oversee project execution from handover to warranty, and ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and Siemens Energy requirements.

The role emphasizes collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and a strong focus on decarbonization. Frequent international travel is expected as projects span multiple regions.

Snapshot of your day As a Project Manager your day will be filled with dynamic and impactful activities. You will be at the forefront of ambitious projects, managing a diverse team of 10-15 members from various fields, such as commercial project managers, project lead engineers, purchasers, quality managers, site managers etc.

In the role you will lead and coordinate multiple projects globally, ensuring the execution of the project while encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Serve as the face of the company towards Our customers, maintaining a close and productive dialogue.
• Manage the project from, handover from sales to handover to warranty.
• Lead and coordinate the execution of projects in line with contracts, budgets, and Siemens Energy's requirements
• Assemble and manage the project team, acting as an entrepreneurial leader.
• Ensure Zero Harm principles are embedded in all aspects of project execution.
• Successfully implement project strategies that align with Our dedication to decarbonization and innovation.
• Monitor project progress and report to both local and regional management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in leading projects and project teams with a strong sense of responsibility
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable, even under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive experience in communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple fields.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
