Area of Responsibility

• Manage and lead the team in organizing, monitoring, and executing current and future projects related to vehicle service information.
• Work closely with various cross-functional teams, including R&D and IT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of service information systems.
• Oversee the development and implementation of processes to ensure the highest quality of service information.
• Navigate technological shifts and find innovative ways to work and collaborate, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Actively participate in planning and other specialist tasks to support the team’s goals.

Knowledge / Experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Experience working as a project manager within IT.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where both agile and traditional development methods are used.
• Experience and knowledge in agile methods.
• Working with the SAFe framework is advantageous.
• Ability to see the big picture and help the organization prioritize and improve work methods and processes when needed.
