The Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and closure of complex projects. This role specifically focuses on projects with significant change in engineering, IT or CAPEX components, such as new factory lines, system integration, or core infrastructure development. The manager leverages senior leadership skills and advanced project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to bridge the gap between cross‑functional teams and senior business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
