The job - what you’d be working on. The project leader is essential in bringing projects from start to finish. With a strong focus on customer needs, we aim to deliver results through close collaboration between the Netadmin team and the customer.

Our project management model is based on our extensive experience delivering software to the fiber market.

Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager include project management, cooperation and team building activities, and presale.

Project management: To ensure the project is progressing as planned, you should be the one following the time plan and budget and continuously reporting to the customer.

Cooperation and team building activities: As a project manager, you work closely with our solution architects and developers to deliver projects to our customers.

Presale: As a Project Manager, you must also work on processes that precede the project's start to ensure it has the right prerequisites.

Skills and Competences

Must have:

• Experience in project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and budgets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Swedish is mandatory for this role, so fluency in the language is necessary.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with implemented systems, either as a customer or supplier
• Knowledge of the fiber network industry
• Experience with presales activities
• Fluency in multiple languages
