A leading offshore project management company in Sweden is seeking a Project Execution Coordinator (PEC) to oversee daily survey operations. The PEC will coordinate with vessels, clients, and senior staff, manage multiple vessels, and ensure effective communication. Ideal candidates have strong client relations, survey planning experience, and the ability to work in diverse conditions.
We are looking for a Project Execution Coordinator (PEC) to join our client’s Remote Operations Centre in Sweden from 15th October for approximately two weeks, with the opportunity to move into a 4/4 rotation thereafter.
The PEC’s primary work location will be in the Operations Centre, where multiple stations are connected to all vessels.
This position mirrors the responsibilities of an Offshore Manager/Party Chief, with the added benefit of having direct access to support functions such as Project Management, HSE, and other Operations Leads.
Oversee and coordinate daily survey operations.
Conduct daily planning and meetings with vessels, clients, and senior staff (via Teams).
Prepare and issue Daily Progress Reports.
Collaborate with other Operations Leads, Senior Surveyors, and support teams to assist with onboarding and daily activities.
Contribute to troubleshooting and overall survey operations across all vessels within the Operations Centre.
Manage multiple vessels simultaneously if required.
Accommodation: Nearby hotel with breakfast and two meals per day provided.
Onsite support is available from the Remote Support Centre (RSC) when required.
Strong background in client relations and inter-departmental communication (vessel–office–client).
Experience in survey planning, taking into account operational limits, weather, and logistics.
