Job description

We are looking for a Project Execution Coordinator (PEC) to join our client’s Remote Operations Centre in Sweden from 15th October for approximately two weeks, with the opportunity to move into a 4/4 rotation thereafter.

Role: Project Execution Coordinator (PEC)

The PEC’s primary work location will be in the Operations Centre, where multiple stations are connected to all vessels.
This position mirrors the responsibilities of an Offshore Manager/Party Chief, with the added benefit of having direct access to support functions such as Project Management, HSE, and other Operations Leads.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily survey operations.

  • Conduct daily planning and meetings with vessels, clients, and senior staff (via Teams).

  • Prepare and issue Daily Progress Reports.

  • Collaborate with other Operations Leads, Senior Surveyors, and support teams to assist with onboarding and daily activities.

  • Contribute to troubleshooting and overall survey operations across all vessels within the Operations Centre.

  • Manage multiple vessels simultaneously if required.

  • Accommodation: Nearby hotel with breakfast and two meals per day provided.

  • Onsite support is available from the Remote Support Centre (RSC) when required.

Required Experience
  • Strong background in client relations and inter-departmental communication (vessel–office–client).

  • Experience in survey planning, taking into account operational limits, weather, and logistics.
