Job summary

MultiMind Bemanning AB is seeking a Project Deployment Leader to drive end-to-end deployment of multi-category product projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, QA and Production.

You will plan, execute, and manage projects to meet delivery timelines and quality standards, communicate progress with stakeholders, and ensure readiness of new product specifications for timely production.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in project coordination/management or supply chain.
• Excellent written and verbal English; other languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of relevant systems and tools.
• Experience with Product Life Cycle Management.
• Ability to work with a high volume of data.
• Strong stakeholder and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agile, collaborative, customer-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Quick learner and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage assigned multi-category product projects according to agreed delivery standards and timelines.
• Drive the end-to-end Project Management process and best practices to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate Product Commercialization projects, including product maintenance and source change activities.
• Liaise with regional and local functions, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, QA, and Production, to support the development and delivery of new products.
• Ensure no supply shortages, minimal loss, and optimum cost throughout the project.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure clear understanding of project scope, requirements, and milestones.
• Lead project execution and deployment activities.
• Prepare and issue regular project status reports.
• Ensure readiness of new product specifications to enable timely production and delivery.
