The Opportunity

Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level in a truly international environment? We are looking for a driven and detail-orientedProject Controllerto join ourNetwork Control teamwithin the PGGA Unit. You will be part of a collaborative team of seven finance professionals (5 Project Controllers, 1 Financial Controller, and 1 Finance Manager), reporting directly to theFinance Business Partner for Sweden.

With approximately200 active projects across 42 countries, you’ll be immersed in amulticultural, fast-paced, and flexiblework environment. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a global organization, contributing to impactful projects that shape the future of energy and infrastructure.

This position is based inVästerås, Sweden.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Act as a trusted partner to Project Managers, providing financial insights and guidance
  • Take full ownership of the project controlling process—from initial registration to final closure
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities with precision and insight

Your Background

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus)
  • Several years of relevant experience, ideally in project controlling or financial project management
  • Solid knowledge ofSAPand strongExcelskills
  • Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken
  • A structured and analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
