We’re looking for a full-time onsite Project Change and Configuration Manager in Vasteras, SE.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your change and configuration management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You’ll lead the charge in maintaining the integrity of project structures through effective Change & Configuration management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance), issue and monitor action plans for Change Orders, and much more.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing and leading the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer
  • Collecting Quality, Cost, Delivery impacts of project changes
  • Issuing the configuration and change management plan
  • Ensuring all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP)
  • Managing documentation requirements from the Customer
  • Organizing and managing project evolutions through structured change activities

Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with documentation management systems and best practices
  • Knowledge of change & configuration processes in a project environment
  • Proven track record of adaptability in dynamic project settings
  • Resilience and leadership skills to drive project success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English & Swedish (high level of proficiency)
