Could you be the full-time onsite Project Change and Configuration Manager in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your change and configuration management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in maintaining the integrity of project structures through effective Change & Configuration management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance), issue and monitor action plans for Change Orders, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  1. Implementing and leading the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer,
  2. Collecting Quality, Cost, Delivery impacts of project changes,
  3. Issuing the configuration and change management plan,
  4. Ensuring all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP),
  5. Managing documentation requirements from the Customer,
  6. Organizing and managing project evolutions through structured change activities.

  1. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
  2. Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices,
  3. Familiarity with documentation management systems and best practices,
  4. Knowledge of change & configuration processes in a project environment,
  5. Proven track record of adaptability in dynamic project settings,
  6. Resilience and leadership skills to drive project success,
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  8. English & Swedish (high level of proficiency).
