Head of Business Unit / Managing Director Gordion

Overview

We are strengthening our development team with a new exiting role. This role is a combination of Test Management and Project Management; the focus is mostly on software, but there are some hardware elements.

Test Management:

• Lead hardware testing
• Lead software testing
• Hands on testing
• Manage test process and test documentation

Project Management:

• Lead software projects
• Lead hardware projects
• Be part of customer delivery projects

Our development team is located in our head office in Halmstad and the applicant must be able to be within commuting distance to our head office since most of the hands on work will be done here. Travel to other parts of the Convene group or to customer sites can occur.

Job requirements

We are focused on finding the right individual with the right knowledge to be part of our ongoing expansion. Our mission is to automate car handling and simplify life for both our partners and their customers. Applicants must be fluid in Swedish (written/spoken) and English (written/spoken).

Mandatory skills:

• Prior experience as a project manager within software projects or other relevant fields.
• Prior experience as a test manager within software projects or other relevant fields.
• Or, you have experience in one of the above and a willingness to learn the other area.

Good to have skills:

• Project Management Certification
• Test Management Certification
• Experience from self service solutions
