Role responsibilities
Lead and manage complex digital programs and projects, ensuring governance, delivery excellence, and measurable business impact for a diverse range of clients. Guide clients through their digital transformation journey by aligning strategies with business goals, translating them into program objectives, roadmaps, and success metrics. Serve as the primary client contact for program governance, risk management, and reporting, fostering transparency and alignment with stakeholders. Proactively manage risks and delivery blockers, implementing strategic resolutions and escalating issues when necessary. Monitor and report on delivery progress, burn rates, and financial health to ensure effective project governance. Drive continuous improvement in program delivery, embedding best practices in digital strategy, technology, and operations, and evolving delivery frameworks for scalability and agility. Collaborate with client teams to optimize program outcomes, ensure long-term strategic growth, and promote alignment between strategy, creative, and technology functions. Own program-level budgets and P&L management, managing different contracting models to ensure commercial success, profitability, and sustainable growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning Valtech as a strategic partner. Identify opportunities for account expansion and service innovation, driving revenue growth in collaboration with sales and account teams. Support new business pitches and proposals by providing insights from successful program delivery. You will also be a part of developing our Product management at Valtech Nordics
