Breas Medical is seeking a Production Support Engineer for its R&D Sweden team based at our Mölnlycke headquarters. The role focuses on strengthening production processes and supporting new product introductions and design changes.

Qualifications

• University degree in production-related field and interest in medical technology.
• Experience/interest in production, manufacturing or medical devices.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, verification/validation, tooling or process development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Production and help resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Lead or support design transfers, new product introductions and design changes.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment and work instructions.
• Plan, perform and document process verification and validation activities.
• Analyze production performance and contribute to quality, yield and cost improvements.
• Support Lean initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
