Production Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Production Manager to join our fast-moving team at one of Sweden’s leading brand experience agencies.

What you’ll do:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, but the primary focus will be on executing both large and small-scale productions for our events. Tasks include:

• Leading the production process from brief to execution across a wide range of B2B events and brand experiences

•Managing participant coordination – including invitations, registrations, and guest communication – to ensure a smooth attendee experience

• Managing suppliers, vendors and logistics with a sharp eye for detail

• Working within defined timelines and budgets – ensuring smooth production flow and supporting the project lead in staying on track

• Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, partners, and vendors – and keeping everyone aligned

• Anticipating challenges, solving problems before they arise, and adapting quickly when plans change

• Being on-site during productions – making things happen and keeping the energy high

• Working across both B2B and B2C projects, often simultaneously
