Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods and tools.
• Experience with production/performance systems inspired by Toyota Production System (TPS) is advantageous.
• Able to communicate effectively in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement projects and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Analyze and improve material flow and work methods.
• Collaborate with quality function for root cause analysis.
• Investigate deviations and implement improvements across departments.
• Support Lean thinking throughout the organization.
• Participate in new product introduction and factory revisions.
• Contribute to business development activities.
• Assist in procurement of machinery and equipment.
• Prepare work instructions when needed.
