Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Production, Manufacturing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in production development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead industrialization projects from concept to implementation.
• Handle Design for Assembly (DfA), lead-time calculations, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Introduce new products to production efficiently.
• Implement new production lines and digital/Industry 4.0 solutions.
