Job summary

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Product Security Officer to lead the product security program across divisions, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer and coordinating with R&D, engineering and senior leadership. You will define governance, frameworks and follow-up structures to secure our connected products and ensure CRA readiness, with milestones from September 2026 to December 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with product security for connected products and governance.
• Experience with regulatory requirements such as the Cyber Resilience Act across product lifecycles.
• Strong collaboration with R&D and engineering to translate security needs into actionable development tasks.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and align multiple stakeholders toward common goals.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and executive forums to drive security strategy.
