Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Experience in, or strong interest in, developing further within, technical project leadership.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional development and improvement projects.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions based on product, market, quality, and cost requirements.
• Manage requirements, technical risks, and key technical decisions throughout development.
• Follow up project progress and results from both technical and financial perspectives.
• Develop platform strategies and initiate and prioritize activities to achieve agreed targets.
• Collaborate closely with specialists within materials, verification, prototyping, CAE, operations, and external partners.
