Job summary

Husqvarna Group seeks a Product Owner – Traceability Reporting Platform to own the DPP business context and drive a scalable product passport capability across the group. You will coordinate with Compliance, Product Management, Master Data and GIS to ensure regulatory readiness and end-to-end coverage.

You will lead governance forums, translate regulation into business requirements, and collaborate across functions to keep the platform up-to-date and extensible for ESPR, PPWR and related rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business process leadership, product or capability management, or cross-functional project management in a global organization.
• Solid understanding of product data, master data and product identification (e.g. GTIN, serial numbers, GS1 standards).
• Familiarity with EU sustainability and product regulations (e.g. ESPR, Digital Product Passport, Machinery Regulation, PPWR, Battery Regulation).
• Experience in change management and in working with IT on business requirements and solution delivery.
• Experience from the DPP project or similar digital transformation or sustainability-related data initiatives is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory changes affecting the platform with Group Compliance.
• Lead end-to-end business process improvements with clear roles and up-to-date documentation.
• Own end-to-end platform capability from data through labelling and QR code to publishing and lifecycle management.
• Chair the Digital Product Information Governance Forum and mobilize stakeholders.
• Be the designated business contact for the platform and route questions to the right function.
• Maintain platform information and How We Work, ensuring it stays relevant.
• Run onboarding processes for new product categories and regulations.
