Hilding Anders International AB is seeking a Product Owner and AI Data Analytics to lead AI initiatives across data, reporting and planning. You will own AI strategy, pilot tools, and ensure integration with Cognos/Power BI while maintaining current BI capabilities.

The role requires 4–7 years in BI/analytics with AI exposure and a degree in CS/AI or related field. Based at the Malmö HQ, you will partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to drive value.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Data/AI, BI, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–7 years in BI/analytics/data roles with AI/ML exposure.
• Proven track record delivering AI/automation initiatives to production.

Aufgaben

• Define AI roadmap for data, reporting, and planning across Finance, Operations and Sales.
• Pilot AI tooling to improve reporting, forecasting and data workflows.
• Own business cases, prioritization, and governance for AI initiatives.
• Maintain and transition Power BI while AI-driven solutions are developed.
